Kardor appointed new managing director of NIOC

TEHRAN- Iran’s Oil Minister Bijan Namdar Zanganeh appointed Ali Kardor as the new managing director of National Iranian Oil Company (NIOC) for a course of two years, Shana reported on Sunday.

Kardor, who was previously the deputy managing director of NIOC for making investment and securing finance, replaced Rokneddin Javadi, the ex-managing director of the company.

The National Iranian Oil Company, a government-owned corporation under the direction of Iran’s Oil Ministry, is an oil and natural gas producer and distributor headquartered in Tehran. It was established in 1948.
